UVM Test Template

Description

This template creates a test class running a user-specified Virtual Sequence from a UVM Environment. base_class must ultimately extend from uvm_test and vseq_name from uvm_sequence. Although this template will work with any UVM-based test library, it is tested specifically with tb_ss and tb_st.
